B.U.S. #2 (or B.U.S. South) is to Toyota Center what B.U.S. #1 is to Minute Maid Park: A post-game booze trough for Rockets fans during the season and a neglected sports bar/private party venue in the off-season. B.U.S. #2 is less aesthetically keen than its sister establishment, and more or less feels like drinking at a makeshift bar in someone’s garage. Still, prices aren’t bad for Downtown (during the off-season, anyway), and you don’t head to a place called B.U.S. looking for style or elegance, anyway. Come to watch sport and drink, or don’t come at all.
