Don't be put off by the exterior (or interior) of DeFalco's. If you're new to home brewing, one glance at the shelves full of corks, empty wine bottles, huge glass jugs and rubber bungs could make Bartles & Jaymes sweat. Not to worry though, as a very knowledgeable staff will help guide you through the process of turning into an established, respected vinter in no time. DeFalco's also hosts wine tastings, as well as as classes on home brewing, so you can skip the bar for one night and drink your own concoctions.
