It's National Vodka Day: celebrate with these cocktails

It’s National Vodka Day. And we’ve got some ideas about how to celebrate it.
Actually we stole all our ideas from the folks at Tito’s Handmade Vodka, who were kind enough to share some of their favorite cocktail recipes.

    French Strawberry MoTito
    1-2 fresh strawberries
    1 mint leaf
    1 basil leaf
    1 1/2 ounces Tito’s Handmade Vodka
    3/4 ounce simple syrup
    3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
    1/2 ounce. St. Germain Liqueur
Muddle fresh strawberries, and mint and basil leaves in the bottom of a mixing glass. Add Tito’s, simple syrup, lime juice and St. Germain. Shake to combine and pour into a collins glass over fresh ice.
Top with club soda and enjoy.

    Tito’s Bacon- Jalapeno Infusion
One of the secrets of this drink is to use non-smoked bacon; try the center cut uncured version from Whole Foods.
Fry 1/2 pound of bacon and drain on paper towels.
Chop and add to 1L Tito’s Handmade Vodka.
Let sit 3-7 days until desired flavor is reached
Slice 1 jalapeno into discs and add to bacon-flavored vodka.
Let sit 10-60 minutes, until desired heat is reached, then strain off the liquid.

    Spiced Russian
Infuse 1L Tito's Handmade Vodka with 3 chai tea bags for three to four days, or until desired flavor is reached
    To construct cocktail:
    1ounce of infused Tito's
    .5 ounce Kahlua
    .25oz Tia Maria
    1.5 ounces half and half
Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass, or serve on the rocks.

    Orange Chai Infusion
In a glass mason jar (or Tito’s bottle) combine:
1 liter of Tito’s Handmade Vodka
Rind from one orange. A vegetable peeler works great for this – be sure to limit the amount of white pith as that can make your infusion bitter
Let sit for 3-5 days and taste. If the vodka has achieved an orange flavor you like, strain out the orange peel.
To your now orange-flavored Tito’s, add:
    3 Chai tea bags
Let steep for 10-15 minutes or up to a full day. Remove the tea bags once the infusion tastes great to you!!
Shake infusion over ice with a dash of raw sugar or maple syrup, then strained into a martini glass and garnished with a little orange.
For a creamier alternative, mix 2 ounces of the orange-chai infused Tito’s with 3 ounces of coconut milk.

Given that today is also "National Taco Day", shouldn't the drink of choice be tequila?

Tito's mixed with Ocean Spray Ruby-Pomegranite juice and ice takes care of my thirst quite well, and needs no froufrou additions.
