The shindig starts at 3 p.m. and it's only $35 per person, but you better call and make a reservation. Seating is limited and I may have already taken your spot.

The Vintage Harvest Festival: A Celebration of Food, Wine & Art at Vintage Park
Are you doing the suburban thing this weekend? Head out to the 'burbs for this festival celebrating all things autumn. There's an art alley, a wine and beer garden sponsored by Brix Wine Cellars and H-E-B, plus seasonal food samples and cooking demonstrations. Be aware that this is a family event though. No drunken table dances, please.

$20 for 10 wine/beer tastes or $50 to taste as you choose
