• Saint Arnold Washington Avenue Scavenger Hunt
I haven't done a scavenger hunt since I was 11, but then I didn't have the chance to win a kegerator either. What's a kegerator? Just about the best way to serve draft beer frothy and cold from home.
That's the prize, now here's how to win it. You'll have to watch a video from Saint Arnold on their website or on YouTube in which the objects for the hunt are shown. Then find said objects in establishments that serve Saint Arnold (read: bars, clubs, restaurants) up and down Washington Ave. It's not as if there is a lack of places to look.
For more info on the hunt, go to the Saint Arnold website. Deadline for submitting your photographed finds is Aug. 2 at 11:59 p.m.
• Beer & Wine Tasting at The Ginger Man
The little Village pub will host an event on Saturday, with two guest speakers who will "educate on the similarities and differences of beer and wine". Seems kinda obvious, but there is probably more to this. They'll also talk about how to pair wine and beer with good food. Reservations are recommended, so I'd call The Ginger Man beforehand.
$35 per person.
Saturday, July 25th starting at 2 p.m.
• Anvil/Tuscany coffee-cocktail collaboration
Anvil mixologist Bobby Heugel and barista David Beuhrer of Tuscany Coffee present a coffee-cocktail collaboration, featuring four types of kicked-up coffee drinks, with sweets provided by Textile pastry chef Plinio Sandoval and Kraftsmen Bakery.
Tickets, which can be purchased at Anvil or at Tuscany, are $50 per person for a 5 p.m. or a 6 p.m. serving. Each serving is limited to 75 people, so you probably should buy your tickets immediately.
$50 per person
Saturday, July 25, two sessions: 5 p.m. and 6 p.m.

Do you find this man funny?
If so, you can see him live (with plenty of booze at the full bar) on Sunday at the Improv. Note: There is a two-purchase minimum (aside from your ticket price).
