On Saturday, June 12, about 150 people dressed in their 1980s best and headed to the Dairy Ashford Roller Rink for the Charity Chicks Footloose party. With the tacky clothes and bad styles, it was almost if I'd flashed back to the 80s. At least the music rocked. All in all, it was a fun night and the event raised $4,000 for Love is Respect, a national teen dating violence helpline.
