Beyonce: Studied at Rutgers, eyed for X Factor?

    Do your homework.Do your homework.

With the house having been cleaned out at Simon Cowell's X Factor there's now a need for some on-screen talent. Things seem tentative and early, but new mother Beyonce's name is being bandied about as a possible replacement for Paula Abdul.

Also in the Beyoncesphere, the Houston native was the subject last year of a class taught at Rutger's University in the department of women’s and gender studies. Thus far “Feminist Perspectives: Politicizing Beyoncé” appears to be a one-off.

Heady stuff too. Quoth professor Kevin Allred: “I’m interested in the line that Beyoncé walks between coercion and consent in her public image and the ways that she often imagines
categories of race, sexuality and gender that complicate the ways
    we typically understand those categories."

No word yet on curriculum involving Solange.

And here's husband Jay-Z's song about their baby.

She won't do it...her stock price is way too high right now. Check back when Blue enters high school.

Do we really need to keep hearing totally irrelevant stuff about Beyonce? I would think that if 29-95 is going to update for the first time in a week, it would be something more important than an overrated pop singer. And the less said about Solange, the better.

I thought they are trying to improve X Factor, this news sure doesn't.

Don't be a hater. Anything Beyonce gets involved in will get high ratings.
