Eddie Vedder fans, fear not. The Pearl Jam frontman has added a second Houston show to his solo tour -- April 23 at Jones Hall.
The first show sold-out in less than an hour, so you might want to get in some keyboard practice.
Vedder is touring in support of his Ukulele Songs album. Glen Hansard opens both shows.
Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. on Saturday at 800-745-3000 or livenation.com.
A step up from Tiny Tim I guess.
ROFL!
you see this?
Maybe it's the chicks that are buying up the tickets. I wonder if the lead singer from Soundgarden is going to play the kazoo in the background.
an hour? show soldout in about 5min if you were lucky to even get a ticket page on ticketmaster.
Let me tell you, I was on ticketmaster, credit card in hand, at 10 a.m. on the dot and the second I could input my request for tickets, I did, and the page immediately said they could not match my request for seats. I kept trying for any type of seats and pricing and the request never went through. I then went to a scalper site and they had tons of tickets!!! I don't think any regular people had a chance at tickets. I'm buying from a scalper site and paying 3 times what I should have paid!
I adore Eddie and did the same thing as Mextex. And the computers at my office are pretty darn fast. Both times I got through, the TM site directed me to their scalper resale site. But I refuse to buy from scalpers. I would rather miss the show.
