Finally.
I've always been a huge fan of Solange Knowles' music. Her 2008 album, "Sol-Angel and the Hadley St. Dreams," was flat-out terrific. She's since taken detours into fashion and DJ-ing, but she's promising new music in October.
She'll release "Losing You" alongside Terrible Records, featuring B-side "Sleep in the Park. The first tune was "created by" Knowles and Devonté ("Dev") Hynes, a Houston native also known as Lightspeed Champion or Blood Orange who has worked with the Chemical Brothers and Florence + the Machine.
The songs will drop digitally Oct. 2 and on vinyl Nov. 6.
Yep, I love her. And I am pretty GD picky.
