non-profit doesn't mean non-salary. I'll bet the owners and staff are sure to get their "cut" before any "profit" is realized.

Fact - almost all restaraunt / bars lose money for the first few years. It takes years before they break even, years more before "profit", and years after that before they make back thier investment. That's why most bars FAIL before 5 years.

Non-Profit... Give me a break...

Key word I notice is "profits".. Have they disclosed their expected operating costs and revenue? It would be sad if they pay themselves exorbitant salaries/wages...
