Photo gallery: Labor Day cocktails

Lavender Dream
2 parts Cointreau
1 part lemon juice
½ part lavender honey
4 dashes cacao tincture
(cocoa nibs steeped in rye)
Club soda
Instructions: Add all ingredients except soda in a mixing glass with ice and shake. Strain into a highball filled with ice and top with soda. Garnish with dried lavender sprigs and lemon wheel.
