We've developed a soft spot for Ruchi's. The place always seems a little scruffy, but the food is always fresh and the service is never lacking. Try a shrimp burrito (but sure to ask that queso be served on the side) or one of Ruchi's stellar shrimp cocktails. It's open 24 hours and that's good because you never know when you're going to need a cheap plate of Tex-Mex.
