And its hard to find a fresher ice cream. During the busy summer season, ice cream makers work daily on the third floor of La King’s to crank out its Purity ice cream, the oldest brand in Texas.
La King’s keeps as many as 36 flavors in its cases, ranging from the oh-so-decadent Amaretto to the most popular of all, Chocolate Chip Mint.
