On Saturday, Caswell will be flying to Hong Kong as part of United’s “Chef Onboard” series. During the flight, Caswell will don his chef’s jacket and work with flight attendants as they execute his menu for the BusinessFirst customers. He’ll be hands on in the prep, as well as in the plating of the meal, a multi-course affair paced at about two hours.
Following the meal, Caswell will speak with passengers and crew to get their feedback.
29-95 will be on board for the non-stop Newark to Hong Kong flight. Got a question for the chef? Leave it in the comments.
It’s a 16 hour flight. We think there will be plenty of time for chatting.
