The Lake House at Discovery Green has awesome burgers, dogs, and great sweet potato fries.
Hubcaps is delicious go after lunch hours because it's packed during lunch...
and be sure you take cash with you....no credit cards :(
and be sure to jog back to your car/office when you leave. because they are greasy burgers.
and their fries aren't good just burgers...
and if you go when its raining dont get lost...
I like the sweet potato fries.
Bubba's is good too but they don't serve fries.
My two faves (Amazon Grill and Smashburger) didn't make the list :-(
~EdT.
ahh...egg on a burger makes it really good.
Beck's Prime is always consistent- juicy and delicious! Great fries too.

Smashburger!
It is ok not worth the price for the flatten tasteless meat
I would like to hear more about Smashburger since there's one close to my house. What's so great?
me 2. dont get it
Smashburger is OK, about like Five Guys, but you get table service, wait a while and get a slightly better than average burger.
Go to Beck's for something special.Costs more but you get more.
I can't believe Speedy Burger didn't make this list. It made the Texas Monthly list and BELIEVE ME it is worth trying! They make the BEST Mexican burger just like they make them in the state of Nuevo Leon. Patty, a slice of ham, cheese, avocado, tomato, and jalapeño either on the burger or on the side.
RIP Tookie's in Seabrook.
RIP! Awww man.Haven't been down that way in years but loved a good Tookie burger with friends after a day on the lake

Had Hubcap for lunch today and I'm worthless now.
What were you worth before??? #curious
ok specialty burgers, however it hard to get to and over priced for specialty burger buns or ok being different...
You must try 'Smashburger' Louetta close to 249, across from HEB in the Vintage.
Too bad Pappa's Burger didn't make the list. It's one of my favorites. Just not on Sundays, because too many families with kids are there and it gets a little too crazy for my taste.
Check out Rockwell's Tavern and grill in Cypress!!!
Cheeburger Cheeburger
Nasty, Nasty (old thick bacon hard as nails...)
New management! Went today for lunch and it was amazingly delicious! Great new lunch specials too!
Cisco's Mexican Restaurant and Deli, delicious hambugers, I was told they were good and found out for myself. Bammel N Houston @ W Richey Rd. across from old HEB location. They serve breakfast.
No Pappys?
I also like the bar burger at The Strip downtown and feel that pappas Burger deserves at least a mention despite the high cost.
Some good ideas here but Id probably take a bunch of issue with the ordering, but suppose thats the nature of burger lists. Sort of a mixture of taste, cost, ambiance and history here I think.
five guys in conroe is really good also.....
In my book Little Bitty Burger Barn has the best charbroiled hamburger in town. They also serve some of the best fresh cut french fries!
The Little Bitty Burger Barn at Pinemont and Antoine (east of Antoine)has the best burgers in Houston. Hole in the wall, but the BEST!
no Pappa's Burger OR Petrol Station?!?!?!!?!?!
wtf.
What? Where is McDonalds on this damn list? ;)
Little Bigs should be number 30
No love for Barnaby's (original)? They make 'em with happy beef. Fries rock too.
I love Barnaby's burgers, they are hands-down the best!!!!!!!! I had the best buffalo burger there, and when i lived across the street i had to have it once a week. Anyone who hasn't tried it, go for it! it's juicy but very low in fat... delicious!!! And i like mine on the rare side, i think it kept the extra lean meat juicier.... :-)

GO TO BECKS PRIME THEIR BURGERS ARE AMAZING, THE FRIES ARE OK...(Try the all-new chips with queso and guac. its pretty good)
CLiff's Grill could be the best burger in Houston. It's located in the Medical Center
You need to add Smashburger to the list
Smashburger is a chain restaurant.
SmashBurger on Louetta @ 249 is the best burger I have had in years!
I've been checking out places on the list. Went to Hubcap a couple of weeks ago. Good burger, but nothing I'd go back for. Trying to park, and find a spot to sit and eat just made it difficult.
Live by Mytiburger. Burgers are good, fries, tots, onion rings, just so so.
MIllers also close by. It's OK. Went to Itty Bitty tuesday night, and was bummed. The meat was just there, and the bun was hard. They have really good coleslaw. Might have been an off night.
I always enjoy Becks. Next time I'm in Market Square area, and can deprive myself of TReebeards (YUMMMMMMM), I'm gonna check out Market Square Bar & Grill. I keep hearing about those burgers.
And it's been awhile since I've been to Lankfords.
Have to say, best burger I've had in ages was from Petrol! The Oak Forest area is really getting alot of burger joints. What does that say about us????
Mooooo.
checkit out
Just tried the chessy cheeseburger at Skeeter's. You gotta go get this.
Haven't seen Prince's Hamburgers on the list. They make an awesome burger and have been in Houston and only Houston for over 75 years!
I agree, native Houstonian for 54 years, Prince's is a Houston Tradition. Onion Rings are also incredible.
I agree Prince's burgers rock and the rings are awesome.
The bacon cheese burger @ Texas hamburger palace is wonderful they never seem to get any mention i have been eating their for years and so does my cardiologist
I'll take BURGER TEX OR PO'S ANY DAY!!!!!
I will still take a belt buster at Dairy Queen.
in my opinion:
