Chef Ryan Savoie, formerly of The Grove, is now at work building a prixe fixe menu for St. Arnold's Brewery's new lunch program, which will launch in mid-March, Eater Houston and Houston Press report.
The three-course menu will be different each day, and some, but not all, recipes will include beer. All will include beer pairing recommendations, Savoie told the Houston Press. The price will vary, but should never be more than $20.
Lunch will be served separately from the brewery tours, St. Arnold's founder Brock Wagner said back in January. Lunch will run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., while the tours start at 3 p.m.
