Description: The delicious sum of all its parts, this plate lunch was a hot treat on a recent cool and drizzly day. The huge knife that came with the plate was more for show than necessity as this marinated skirt steak was as tender as they come. Loved the fresh-tasting rice (Who else thinks Tex-Mex rice has been looking a little more orange than it should at many restaurants?) and guacamole. I'd absolutely consider ordering just rice and ranchero beans on my next visit for a little Tex-Mex-Cajun rice-and-bean action.
