Ken Bridge, the owner of Pinks Pizza and Shepherd Park Draught House, has closed his Asian eatery, Dragon Bowl. In its place will go a new concept, Witchcraft Tavern and Provision Co at 1221 West 11th Street.
Bridge explained the new concept in note sent via email Sunday afternoon:
Like Shepherd Park, Witchcraft will host a variety of craft and specialized draft and bottled beer along with spectacular wines and premium sakes that will cater to the immediate neighborhoods and beyond.
For lunch, the menu will be focused on artisan, craft made sandwiches featuring our very own house made cheeses and selected entree offerings. Dinner will feature tasty and exciting dishes such as Oxtail with Goat Cheese Polenta, Crispy Garlic Parmesan Chicken, Cola Skirt Steak, Lobster Fried Rice and a Watermelon Salad to name a few. We will be suggesting both a beer and wine pairing for every dish.
The environment will be an exciting blend of Swag Chic with a comfortable relaxed vibe.
Oh awesome, artisan sandwiches that we can eat with our artisan hands and wash down with artisan tap water. Artisan. Love it.

There's even going to be a drive thru for your broomstick.
Hopefully the food is better than both Lola and Shepherd park.
