The Richmond Arms used to have a fire burning in winter. Nice thing about it is that it's open on both sides of the wall.

Not sure about the other La Madeleine's, but the one in Town & Country (on the Beltway feeder just south of I-10) has two toasty indoor fireplaces with tables close by.
Next Door on Memorial (next door to Hungry's)used to have a big outdoor fire, I think they still do!

Most Cracker Barrels have a huge fireplace; the Memorial City Mall has a huge one near the ice rink.
In the Clear Lake area: Panera Bread at Bay Area and Saltgrass on the Gulf Frwy. This may be true of all locations, I'm not sure.
Barrys Pizza in the heart of the galleria has a nice warm fireplace in the dining room as well!!
