Marmaduke has let a bunch of stray dogs into the house, ostensibly out of charity but probably just to be a dick. With his "No Child Left Behind" reference, Marmaduke creator Brad Anderson is alluding to something that happened within the last decade, a promising sign that his senile dementia may not be as advanced as it sometimes appears.
