I've got nothing against Jimmy Kimmel, except for all those years he spent keeping Sarah Silverman from being my girlfriend, and also I guess The Man Show. So okay, I hate Jimmy Kimmel, but he does seem like a nice enough guy. Can't say he ever made me laugh, though.
Until I saw these clips. Apparently his talk show, which I had assumed was just a late night entertainment vacuum, has a regular feature called "This Week in Unnecessary Censorship." Just glorious.
imo the Jimmy Kimmel show has always been gold in comparison to Conan, etc. I always get a few lols out of it.
Agreed. I can no longer deal with Conan because he lost his funny somewhere along the way to becoming the new Jay Leno (it was inevitable.) I think Craig Ferguson is funny at times, but I still miss Craig Kilborn (what happened to that guy?) Letterman just doesn't do it for me anymore. Kimmel's show is always funnier than I expect it to be.
Okay, this stuff was funny - but there is no way that Kimmel is funnier than Conan.
It boggles the mind to think of a world where that would be true.
"This Week in Unnecessary Censorship" is about the best feature Kimmel's show has.
