Here's the deal: I go out never knowing what I will encounter when I report for Burger Friday. I believe in reporting the bad as well as the good. To me, the whole Tower of Ingredients Goes Wrong discussion is an interesting one. It's as much about the state of burgers today as it is about any particular burger. I think the Burger Friday feature would lose part of its appeal and relevance if it were just one successful burger after another.
Feast for sure; and try the bone marrow service at Kata Robata, which is unusual and very, very good. Haven't had really good sweetbreads in a while; I'll have to think about that one. I do like the Cowboy Sweetbreads in an iron skillet at Tango & Malbec quite a lot.
Actually I typed "macarons" and my faithful autocorrect changed it to "macaroons." Sometimes you just can't win.
Try Depends.
