HC-Matt, always good to hear from you. Thanks for your comment.
As a reviewer and critic, I have to take it all in context. Was the ending awesome? No. However, I can't discount the 39:45 minutes I spent playing the rest of the game. I loved it. I repeat, I loved it. As far as the ending - SPOILER ALERT - I actually see the genius behind it. People have complained about the ending fail to see clues about the ending all throughout the game. Why did the boy keep popping up over and over again? Bioware is clever in their hints. Did you flirt with Traynor? Did you try to romance her? I did. On purpose. And when she said she liked EDI's voice and reminded me of that in the cabin, I just shook my head. The clues were there - I just overlooked them. As with the child. You see him at the beginning - when Shep is looking at him from his cell, I mean room. He gets in contact with him again when the boy is in the shaft during the Reaper invasion. And he is the catalyst at the end. Let's not leave out the boy's presence in all of his dreams - when you quit chasing him and he burns right in front of you. What was the significance of that? When Star gazer talks at the end, guess who he's talking to? The boy. Was it all a dream? Was Shep indoctrinated? Only Bioware knows. I was satisfied with the ending. Wasn't as good as Gears 3's ending but still, it opens the door to a - wait for it - prequel. I will gladly import my Good Shepard save to play the prequel.
Again, thanks for your comment.
Matt! Dude, I don't remember the LAST time you posted lol.
ME3 is awesome. I'll be posting impressions Tuesday.
How have you been doing?
@ Bob Dole - no, Fallout 3 isn't modern. It's an alternate-history deal. Everything about Fallout 3 was a throwback to the 1950s. No, I am talking about something that is modern - not with overgrown toads and frogs - or ants that attack you. No. Don't do futuristic - do it Call of Duty/Battlefield 3 style.
Thanks for your comment.
Merry Christmas, everyone! Be safe!
LOL. I know what MILF is lol. I was just playing around. Thanks for your comment!
