Why would you order a burger well done? No self respecting burger cook would make a burger well done.
Awful service and an awful burger. Went there for lunch yesterday and not only did we wait for nearly 20 mins for a burger, it was dry and tasteless. The only redeeming thing about the place was the onion rings.
Like most places in the location that they've taken over, they won't be around long.
To me, the ribs are near perfection. Simply and cooked well with care. They are hardly a "production" shop, as one commenter stated. The meats are consistently cooked well and the service and atmosphere make it my favorite BBQ in town.
For me and ribs, every time it's Pizzitola's.
