I'm looking forward to Hurricane Danny DeVito.
Two hours. Our just-OK meal here of essentially picnic food took two hours to complete. And not because we were trying to stretch it out or anything. Food was slow, service was slower. One of my cocktails took 20 minutes to get to me. I think after multiple frustrating visits, I'm going to have to stop trying to understand what the big deal is.
Do you really think that words spoken in a public forum shouldn't be analyzed? Free speech allows for criticism. You're also free to criticize the criticism, but why not do so in a respectful manner?
I'm not angry at Slim Thug for offering his opinion. He's free to offer any opinion he wants. I'm angry at his backwards thinking and how we glorified it on Sunday in downtown Houston. Gays and women are very much NOT cool with mainstream hip-hop, and I think it's sweeping the issue under the rug (as many often do) to say otherwise.
I am perplexed by the coffee here. I know I'm used to a burnt flavor from my daily Starbucks, but this coffee seems insipid by comparison. Another person in the office who has tried it likes it. I'm going to give it a couple more shots.
