Mine may not be much better, and I'm not entirely sure the place fully qualifies as a restaurant (it's more of a coffee shop that also serves food).

The manager at the time (who I used to be friends with) made an unwanted contact to one of my family members. The only number I knew was his work number, so I called the establishment up and asked for him. I wound up having to leave a message. I get a call back two hours later saying I'm not allowed back in the place because I "yelled at a staff member" during my phone call. The ban lasted about four months; fortunately for me, the new manager actually listened to reason when I explained what really happened.
