I had a "not great" meal at Don Carlos' once. I got on their web page to convey my experience. I gave them all of the receipt data, date, time, service, full decription of my "concern". Never heard a word from them. Won't go there again.
I stopped putting both hamburger and hot dog buns on the grill. I put them in a napkin and microwave for 15-20 seconds. They come out nice, steamy, and soft.
